We have tried to make our order system as simple to use as possible. This page gives you a walk through guide of our order system and also gives you added information on the types of domain names we sell.

1. To begin our order system you must search for available domain names from our search page located here We sell a number of different domain name extensions, to search for different domain name extensions you must tick the checkbox next to the extension you wish to search for. By default our most popular domain name extensions are already selected, you can deselect these extensions if you wish to speed up your search.
   
2. Enter the name you want to have before the domain name extension e.g. 'freshwebnames' do NOT enter www before the name.
   
3. Our system will search for available domain names, and display the results in the section headed 'Search Results'
   If a domain name is taken you will be able to click on a link to the website that is using your chosen domain. You can also do a whois check by clicking on the Show Details link, a page will open in a new window. A whois check displays the registrants details.
   
4. If you domain name is available you will be able to start the order process from here. Depending on the domain name extension you have searched for you can either select the number of years you wish to purchase the name for or tick a checkbox to register for 2 years. Some of the domain name extensions we sell will only allow you to register a domain for 2 years.
   
5. After selecting the number of years you wish to register domains for click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
   
6. You will now be transferred to our secure server to begin the registration process, if at this time you wish to order more than one domain name please click on the 'Search Domains' button to add more domains to your cart.
   
7. If you are happy with the domains in your shopping cart click the next button to proceed to the next step. You can remove names from your cart by deselecting the checkbox next to the domain name and then clicking on the 'Remove Unselected' button. You can also delete all items from your cart by clicking the 'Delete Cart' button.
   
8. After clicking next you will be presented with a form, please enter your details. The information you enter here will be the contact details for the owner of the domain names. On many of the domain name extensions this information will be available for anyone to view by doing a whois search. After entering your details click next.
   
9. If you realize you have made a mistake you can click on any of the 'edit' buttons to change your details. If you are registering the domain name with a UK address our system will add VAT (Value Added Tax) to your order. If you are happy with the information displayed on this page click on the 'Checkout' button.
   
10. The next page is split in to three sections. For the first section please select how you would like to pay. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card or if you are a UK resident you can choose to pay by Cheque or Cash.
    
11. Enter the billing contact details, if these details are the same as the domain owner's details just tick the checkbox above the page.
    
12. Finally if you have any special requirements or questions enter them in section three, you do not have to enter anything here.
    
13. Click on the 'Place Order' button to complete your order.
    
14. You will now be presented with a printable invoice, for cheque or cash payments please print this page and send with your payment. For credit card payments please click on the blue 'Credit Card Payment' button.
    
15. For credit card payments only - You can choose which currency you want to pay in at no extra cost to you. Fill in the form starting with your card details, below you should check your billing details ensuring they are the same as the card holders address. Finally click on the 'Make Payment' button to complete the payment of your domain name.
